Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – GetUps

Thank you for shopping with GetUps! We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in rare cases where you face an issue, we have a clear return and refund policy to help you.

Product Disclaimer

Products may slightly vary in size, color, or appearance from the images shown due to lighting, photography, or availability.

Variations in size or color do not qualify as valid reasons for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Your order is eligible for a return or exchange only if:

- You receive a wrong product (different - from what was ordered).

- The product was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

- The product is missing parts or accessories.


Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

- Size or color preference.

- Personal dislike of the product.

- Change of mind or any other invalid/unreasonable reason.

Return Window & Process

Return requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

Customers must share clear video of the product, original packaging, and shipping label for verification, with current date of making the video return on a white paper (unboxing video is must for initiating a return/exchange).

Requests must be emailed to getupsofficial@gmail.com support with the order ID and registered mobile number.

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days of approval.

Refund Policy

All refunds are issued only in the form of Store Credit (Credit Note/Gift Card).

Store credits can be used to purchase any product on our website.

Cash refunds or direct transfers to the original payment method will not be provided in any case.

The credit note will be issued within 7–10 working days once the returned product is received and verified.

Cancellation Policy

- Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed for dispatch.

- Once an order is packed, it cannot be cancelled.

- Refunds for cancelled orders (prepaid only) will be processed within 7–10 working days after deducting payment gateway charges.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship across most pincodes in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your pincode.

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.

Reverse pickup for returns is arranged within 4–5 working days from the date of request.

Important Note

If a package appears tampered with on delivery, please do not accept it and hand it back to the courier.

Refunds/credits are only issued after the product is physically received and verified by our team.
